The ingredients work in two different steps. The first penetrates the hair shaft, softening and relaxing the follicle and causing the hair to straighten.

The second forms a hold on the shaft that keeps it from reverting back to its previous curl.

Use Relax in the final days leading up to a show, when clipping, and on show day.

Repeated use causes the curl to release, so the hair extends to its fullest length, giving your animal’s hair better body.
